Trevor Carpenter is a native Texan, who grew up in El Paso. He and his wife, Danyel, have two daughters, Hope, 7, and Liberty, 4.

He did his undergraduate study at Dallas Baptist University and received his Master of Divinity from Hardin Simmons through South Texas School of Christian Studies. He is now pursuing his Doctorate at Logsdon Seminary.

Since 2006, Trevor has been the senior pastor of BT McAllen, a multi-ethnic, multi-campus community with a passion to reach the Rio Grande valley and beyond. BT is a Three Pillar Church, biblical teaching, relevant worship, and a global concern. BT’s global concern reaches from supporting a school in Kenya, a West African Project, multiple church starts globally and locally, to challenging every ministry at BT to have a mission project. Keeping the money off campus and into missions is priority for Trevor and BT.
Before becoming the senior pastor of BT Trevor served as youth and then executive pastor.
Trevor’s passion is teaching the Word of God and leading people to realness and wholeness in Christ.
