Job is of Mexican-American descendent from the Rio Grande Valley, and most importantly is a follower of Jesus Christ. He has been on staff at BT McAllen for the past seven years as the Worship Pastor. Job has and desires to always serve God through his God-given talent and gift in music. He does his best in leading God’s people in praise and worship every weekend. Job and his wife Ginny were married in July of 1992 and have been blessed with three sons: Jonathan was born in October 1993, Moses in July 1999, and Lucas in May 2006.

Job serves the people of BT by overseeing the musical and creative art elements of the corporate worship services. In addition to these responsibilities, he embraces the “Pastor” portion of his title by loving the people at BT every chance he gets.
